I just opened my very first homebrew and….. Well, all the worrying I did over the past month or so was in vein. It was fairly tasty. The color was beautiful! (Deep amber) And it tasted like, well like clean beer! None of the chemical yucky taste that one get from all but the best of purchased brews. Halleluyah! -Gary — This space for rent.
