Question:
First off thank you all who responded to my first posting, you where all very helpful. I have a few questions. 1.What is the difference between all the different kinds of yeast? What about safty, poisning? I have decided to first try a mead, I have made successfully before once out of ten times I believe i have found my problem, what is the best ,most convenent and why, vessal to ferment in: glass or plastic carbouy, or plastic food grade bucket?

1. Read the Yeast FAQ for answers to this first question. There are NO Safety or Poisening issues associated with brewing yeast. Read my file and the other online information for the answers to your other questions.
