Cloning your favorite commerical brand
Question:
I’m looking for a recipe that will reproduce Elephant Red Beer made in Amsterdam. WillyB
Response:
I believe there is a clone in Clone Brews for this beer. Look for a copy in your local homebrew shop. Good luck, Dan Cole
Response:
Actually, CloneBrews has the recipe for Elephant Malt Liquor, a straw colored beer from the same brewer. There is supposedly a second version from the same authors of CloneBrews that may have an Elephant Red recipe. Also, check the Cat’s Meow recipe archive at: http://www.brewery.org/brewery/cm3/CatsMeow3.html – Hide quoted text — Show quoted text – I believe there is a clone in Clone Brews for this beer. Look for a copy in your local homebrew shop. Good luck, Dan Cole
