Bottling Suggestion
Question:
I used to take my batches of beer over to the local home brew place and use the canning machine. Now I have bought a few cases of 32 ounce plastic bottles and caps. Since carbonation will occur in the bottles, I was wondering how full I should fill the bottles before I cap them. I was told that it should be 1 inch from the top. Any ideas appreciated Mike
