Question:

Just make sure that fermentation has stopped. Either by using a hydrometer or at least make sure there has been very little bubbling action for a couple of days. –Russ

What do you mean, bottle it tomorrow?! It sounds like its only been fermenting a few days! Give it two weeks from the time you pitch the yeast until you prime and bottle to give it time to settle and clear. Then put your priming solution in, stir gently, give it a half hour to disperse evenly, then bottle. You cant Rush good beer!
