Moving Lager to Secondary
Question:
I’ve just brewed my first lager a couple of weeks ago and was wondering the best time to move it to the secondary. The air-lock bubbles about once every 75 seconds and there is still a inch thick froth on top of the wort. Would it be Okay to move it to the secondary this weekend? Thanks, Rich
