Question:

I used Jalepeno’s and only added them into the bottle. If you use this method, either poke a few small holes in the pepper or cut them in half and deseed them.  I had very good luck with the amount of heat I got without loosing the flavor of the beer (I used a pale-ale).  If nothing else it had a great presentation. You might consider putting the peppers into the secondary instead…thats what i’m doing..i’ll let u know how it turns out. Tim
