LC Beers
Question:
Michelob Ultra is not horrible, but I’m hoping to find a really decent premium beer that has < 10 g carbs per bottle. A few weeks ago, someone mentioned that Guinness Extra Stout was relatively LC but I would like to know for certain. Which beers might a self-avowed beer snob be able to enjoy in moderation without killing my LC plan? Which brewing companies provide detailed nutritional info on their packaging and/or website? My personal fave, Hacker-Pschorr Weizen is definitely not low carb ;-(
Response:
Guiness is low carb….not as low as Ultra…but can;t remember what it was (but I was surprised) Alok

miller lite is next up 3.3 corona lite 5.0 i think the sam adams light is 10 or less. it’s an almost SEMI light since it clocks in with 125 calories which is about 25-30 more than most so-called lights
