All grain instructions. Where?

Categories: Brewing Beer

Question:

There are a lot of good books out there.  Anything that covers all grain brewing that was written sometime after 1980 should be a safe bet for the general info at least.  Papazian’s 2 books; the New Complete Joy of Homebrewing and The Homebrewers Companion are a couple good starters. Brewing Lager Beer by Dave Miller is very good.  I also like Stephen Snyder’s The Brewmaster’s Bible a lot. If you can’t get them locally they are at Amazon.com at a decent price. There is tons of info for free online.  The only link you need is http://www.brewery.org/ Layne – Hide quoted text — Show quoted text – What is a good site/book to learn about all grain brewing??  Thanks. Kevin
