Subscription to HBD
Question:
How do I go about subscribing to the Homebrew Digest? At present, I use AOL to download all unread newsgroup messages from rec.crafts.brewing. This includes the Homebrew Digest, of course. I would like to get the HBD automatically via e-mail (and just go to the newsgroup whenever I have the time to absorb it all). TIA for your help in this. Mugs up!

Larry The subscription address for HBD is in the header of every issue. Here are the relevant lines: Send UNSUBSCRIBE and all other requests, ie, address change, etc., then you MUST unsubscribe the same way! There was a note in today’s HBD (August 22) that the subscription address is changed. Here is the new info from Rob Gardner: The machine known to world as "hpfcmi" is gone. The new, perhaps temporary home of the homebrew digest is now "hpfcmgw". All mail destined for hpfcmi will either bounce or be lost forever. Any mail sent there in the last few days will need to be resent. This is also the reason that there have been no digests for a few days.
