Cats Meow Update??
Question:
that the cat is now a web walking cat. Do they mean that there will no longer be a file available to download and printout? You got it Bob! No more postscript files, no more downloads, no more patches. All in the name of progress since the Cat went to a continuously updated WWW version. Isn’t that special.
Let’s not forget that Mark S. and Karl L. went to one hell of a lot of effort to collect all the recipes they did for CM I and II. And what thanks did they get? Several "entrepreneurs" included their work, uncredited, on CD-ROMS and sold them for money, none of which Mark or Karl ever saw. Isn’t *that* special? So just be thankful someone is doing all this work, at least it can be accessed in some way. What would *you* do if your work were being heisted? WWW seems to be a way to both protect one’s investment of time and still allow brewers the benefit of all that experience. Cheers, Dave in Sydney — David S. Whe was the cat’s meow last updated? I remember getting the postcript patch file through The Brewery on the WWW. Are they still putting out patch files, or will the whole thing have to be downloaded? Also, I remember reading that the cat is now a web walking cat. Do they mean that there will no longer be a file available to download and printout? You got it Bob!
