BrewPubs, Milwaukee
Question:
I hope you enjoy your visit to brewtown. Those places are all fantastic. Another excellent supply place is the Homebrewing Depot on 95th and Greenfield Avenue in West Allis (10-15 minutes west of downdown) (414) 778-0900 or supplies.
Response:
Could anyone recommend a few brewpubs in the Milwaukee area? Also would like to buy some supplies if there is a good supplier in the city. We don’t have much choice in Northeast Louisiana. Thanks, Tom Zentner, W. Monroe, LA
Now this I can do… A new one is Milwaukee Ale House in the downtown area, brand new. Just opened by a brewer from Packerland Brewing in Greenbay. Great Ale, good food. There is also Rock Bottom a few blocks away. Its a chain brewpub, but in a pinch…… Also Water street Brewery. For locations and maps, hit http://www.creamcitysuds.com/breweries/brewloc.html Your best bet is to hit – http://www.creamcitysuds.com/ for a complete list of everything going on in the world or brewing here in Beertown. As for Homebrew stuff, I like the Frugal Home Brewer at 4866 S. Packard Ave in Cudahy (about 20min south of Milwaukee ale house). John (the owner) is one of those guys that will bend over backwards to list at Cream City though with maps if you need it. Hope this all helps. Need anything else feel free to EMAIL at Mike They kneel down, praise God, shout allelujah, lift up their eyes when they pray. When children kill children don’t it make them wonder? Don’t it make them question their faith?
