How can I get more banana/clove from my Hefeweizen?

My wife has been drinking the Hefeweizen I made, and loves it. She thinks it needs more of the clove/banana taste to it. She had one at a brew-pub, and liked it alot. I used WLP300 Hefeweizen Ale Yeast Should I try a different yeast? It fermented at 68
