You would think banning smoking would bring on the ends of the earth the way they are arguing this here :)  In the paper the other day was an article on all the restaurants that have closed in Louisville since that city put in a smoking ban. Amazing :) — mc I haven’t lost my mind, It is backed up on disk somewhere. 8M

Earlier this week, the City Council scrapped a proposed ban on smoking in restaurants after the council president, a smoker, said a public hearing would be a waste of time. And the incoming mayor?
