Well since nobody seemed to know the answer, I did some digging and emailing. What I got is: Muntons Hopped Light DME Typical analyses Color (EBC Units) 7 – 12 Bitterness (EBU’s) 30 – 42 Moisture (when packed) 5.5% Protein 7.5% max. pH 5 – 6 Hops used: British Target Hops I thought I would post the info

I found this document in the web, the information was obtained from the Zimurgy magazine but unfortunately I didn’t keep the link address! This is the address of an italian breweing shop: http://www.mr-malt.it/mprep.htm in the description of the beer kits can read the bitterness degree (the column "amaro" = bitter)
