I found this document in the web, the information was obtained from the Zimurgy magazine but unfortunately I didn’t keep the link address! This is the address of an italian breweing shop: http://www.mr-malt.it/mprep.htm in the description of the beer kits can read the bitterness degree (the column "amaro" = bitter)
